Accepted Payments:
We accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX, check or Paypal. You can contact us at 1-877-855-8530 for payment via credit card. With the check payment option, we will hold an item for five days from the date of order. After this time, if the check has not been received, the item will be put back in inventory If the check arrives after the 5th day and the item is still available, then we will complete the transaction. If the piece is sold, we will write VOID on your check and mail it back to you. Please note due to high quantity of check fraud, we will hold your purchase for seven business days before releasing your item(s) for shipping. Shipping and Delivery:
 Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc does neither ship nor pack inventory items but to help out our customers, we will contact several shipping companies to obtain quotes including packaging, insurance at the declared value and set up at your location. We do not get any commission from any shipping companies nor do we receive any special treatment. You will have to contact them directly if you are interested in their services. Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc cannot accept payment for shipping for item over $250 value. Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc will not be responsible for any damage or delay in delivery caused by the shipper. However, Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc will provide all the necessary documents such as pictures and invoices to help the client with the claim. It occurs that Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc offers some special Free Shipping Sales for limited period of time. This offer is valid only for the 48 States (Alaska & Hawaii not included). Only item(s) featuring the mention “Free Shipping” and purchased at the full price(s) are eligible for such offers.

Return Policy:
We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email us before placing your order. We will be glad to provide you additional pictures and video. If your order has been picked up by a shipper and you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please email us within 2 days of receipt. Orders must be returned (Shipping Prepaid) within 30 days. The item should be returned in the same condition as when it left the shop. If the item has been modified in any way, we will not accept this for return. If the item is accepted for return, the customer will received a full refund of the purchased price (S&H not included) or a store credit.
If you are coming to pick up your order yourself and are not satisfied with this latter, a refund will be provided on the spot. No refund nor return will be accepted once you came in, inspected and picked up your purchase.
